Course Policies and Procedures

REGULATION COURSE: 952-826-6799

Persons with REGULATION COURSE PATRON CARDS may make reservations seven days in advance for self and up to three guests. For Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, foursomes of all patron cardholders may make reservations one week in advance. Saturdays until noon are reserved for patron cardholders. Non-patrons may make reservations four days in advance in person or by calling and giving their home telephone number as an identification for any available times. Non-patrons may make reservations five days in advance through Teemaster.com. Nine-hole tickets for regulation course will not be sold before 3 p.m. on weekends or holidays.

Any patron cardholder may make reservations on either EXECUTIVE COURSE seven days in advance for self and up to three guests. Persons without patron cards may make reservations four days in advance on either EXECUTIVE COURSE in person or by calling the desired executive course and giving their home telephone number as an identification for any available times. Non-patrons may make reservations five days in advance through Teemaster.com.

SLOW PLAY: All golfers are expected to obey the prompt play policy by keeping pace with the group ahead and to follow the suggestions of the Ranger if they fall behind. SLOW PLAY will not be tolerated; any unduly slow groups may be asked to leave the course rather than disrupt the enjoyment of others.

NO-SHOW POLICY: The person making a reservation on any course is responsible for the "NO SHOW" unless cancellation is made at least two hours prior to tee time. The "NO SHOW" fee is $20 per person for 18 holes and $10 per person for 9 holes and to be paid by person making the reservation at the time of check in. In the case where nobody shows, the person making the reservation will be billed and is expected to mail payment.

RAIN CHECK POLICY: For persons having 18-hole tickets, if three (but less than 12) holes are played, a 9-hole rain check will be issued. For 9-hole tickets, no rain check is issued if three or more holes are completed.

WEATHER DELAYS: When frost delays the start of play, the order of tee times will remain intact when play is started. Every effort will be made to keep delays to a minimum. On frosty mornings, persons having later tee times should call for information regarding possible delays. In case of rain delay, starting times shall remain intact for one hour. If course is closed longer, the reservation schedule will resume as of the time the course reopened; however, reservations that were "lost" will have priority for any openings in the revised schedule.

COMPLETING FOURSOMES: Braemar reserves the right to make foursomes of all groups.

MINORS: For safety and insurance liability, Braemar and Richards golf courses will not permit youth under 10 years on golf courses. Youth under 10 years may be on driving range and putting green only with adult supervision.

OPEN PLAY SCHEDULE: To determine weekday open play schedules, you can call the golf courses directly. All three golf courses offer open play all day on weekends and holidays.
