Braemar offers two meeting space options. Both spaces have been recently updated and overlook the golf course. For a fun team building event, consider renting the outdoor Courtyard in conjunction with the meeting space!
Cooper Conference Room
The Cooper Conference Room has a boardroom table with captain chairs and seats up to 18 guests. In addition to a large whiteboard, the AV amenities include a big projection screen and a projector.
Rental Fee: $50 per hour
Hoyt and Blanchard Meeting Room
The Hoyt and Blanchard Meeting Room has two large monitors for use with your laptop computer and a large whiteboard. This space is typically set up classroom style and seats a maximum of 48 guests. The tables and chairs are on casters allowing for some set-up flexibility.
Rental Fee: $75 per hour
